MedMove helps UK healthcare professionals explore work and life in New South Wales, and helps Australian employers connect with them. You can contact us at shoralia26@gmail.com.

When you submit an enquiry we collect the details you give us: your name, email address, phone number if provided, profession, current country, preferred contact method and time, what you're interested in and any message you write.

When you upload documents such as qualification certificates or registration records, these may contain personal and professional information. They are stored privately, are not publicly accessible, are seen only by authorised MedMove staff, and are used only to assess and respond to your enquiry. You can ask us to delete them at any time.

We use Formspree to deliver an email notification containing your enquiry details and the names of uploaded files. Your uploaded documents are not sent to Formspree.

We also record basic information about how you reached the site, such as the page you arrived on, the referring website and any campaign parameters in the link you followed.

We hold your details so we can reply to your enquiry and, where relevant, discuss possible pathways, roles and next steps with you. We ask for your explicit consent before storing them for that purpose.

Marketing updates are separate and optional. If you don't tick that box, we won't send them.

Where you ask us to, we may share relevant details with Australian employers or with our partner registered migration agent. We discuss this with you rather than doing it silently. We don't sell your details.

We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to support your enquiry and any follow-up, and then for a reasonable period afterwards. [Retention period to be confirmed on legal review.]
